Every supplement sold in the United States is expected to carry a name and an address for the firm responsible for it — manufactured by, distributed by, or packed for, followed by somebody a buyer can write to. It is the least glamorous line on a label and it is the one that makes everything else on the label mean something, because it names the party that can be asked.
On this product there is no such line anywhere in what we were given. No manufacturer. No distributor. No company name, no street address, nothing of the shape. The front of the bottle carries the wordmark, the strapline OPEN YOUR BREATH. FEEL THE DIFFERENCE, three claim bars, a lung illustration, 2 oz / 60 ml and DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. It does not carry a maker.
And no photograph of the back or the base of the bottle was supplied, so we cannot tell you the line is absent from the physical pack — only that it is absent from everything handed to this desk, including the brief that was written to describe the product. We asked for nothing less than what the pack contains and this is what the pack contained.
Set that beside what the pack does carry. There is a lot number, B-26/BR-1164, and a certificate reference, B-1164-26-BR, and no certificate was supplied to sit behind the second one. There are ten seals, and not one of them names a certifying body, a number or a laboratory. One of them reads Doctor formulated, and no doctor is named anywhere as the formulator. A reference string, a seal and a job title are all easier to print than a name and an address, and this pack has printed all three while printing none of the fourth.
We are not calling that fraud and we have no reason to. Plenty of real products reach a retailer with thin paperwork. What we are saying is narrower and more useful: if the product disagrees with you, if the bottle arrives short, if you want the amounts that are not printed, or if you simply want to know who made it, the pack does not tell you who to ask. The only parties this site can name are the order desk and ourselves, and neither of us made it.
The two questions worth asking before you payWho manufactures Breathizen, and what are the milligram amounts of the five named ingredients. Ask the order desk by email rather than on a call, so the answers arrive in writing. Both are ordinary questions and neither is answered anywhere on this pack.
