Contact Breathizenres

Two contact routes exist and they do different things. Picking the right one first saves a day, and on a sixty-day refund window a day can matter.

Quick answer

For anything about an order you have placed — tracking, a change, a cancellation, a refund — call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, or email [email protected]. For anything about this website — pages, typos, corrections, privacy, press — email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET; that address has no access to the checkout and cannot see your order. Our office is 345 Hudson Street, Floor 16, New York, NY 10014, and returns go to 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019, at the buyer's cost, tracked. There is no third number, because no manufacturer and no distributor is named on anything supplied to this desk and none is readable on the bottle. Four questions are worth asking before you buy, and all four go to the order desk: what the milligram amounts of the five named ingredients are, how many drops four pumps is if the bottle has a dropper, whether you can see the certificate of analysis for lot B-26/BR-1164, and whether an opened bottle qualifies for the refund. Ask by email so the answers are in writing.

Why there is one telephone number and two email addresses

This is the thing most likely to cost you a day, so it gets its own section.

+1 (302) 200-3480 is the order desk. It can see your order. It handles tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds, and it is the number to call first on anything to do with money or a parcel. [email protected] is the same desk in writing, and for a refund question the written route is the better one, because it leaves you holding the answer.

[email protected] is us: this website, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Pages, typos, corrections, privacy and press. It cannot see your order. It has no access to the checkout at all, so a refund request sent here is a refund request that has not been made — we will forward you to the right place, and that costs you the time it takes.

And then the part worth noticing: there is no third number. On most supplement labels there is a block reading distributed by, with a company, a town and a telephone number printed on the bottle itself. No manufacturer and no distributor is named on anything supplied to this desk, and we can read none on the bottle in any photograph we were given — and no photograph of the back or the base was supplied, which is where that block usually is.

So the sales line is the only line. There is no second organisation to ask what is in the bottle, nobody to escalate to if the order desk cannot answer, and no address on the product that is independent of the people who took the payment. Say it plainly: on a product with no Supplement Facts panel, the absence of a named manufacturer removes the one other party who would have known the amounts.

Have three things ready whichever route you use: your full name, the email address the order was placed with, and the order ID from the confirmation email. Those three are what matches a person to a purchase, and without the third one nothing moves.

Before you call about a refund

Ask three questions and get the answers by email: does an opened bottle qualify, is there a restocking fee, and can a multi-pack be partly returned. None of the three is published anywhere in what was supplied to this desk, and on a six-bottle order all three change what the sixty-day window is worth.

What this desk can and cannot help with

We can tell you exactly what was supplied with this product: the directions word for word, the three claims on the front of the bottle, what each of the ten seals establishes and what it does not, all three prices, and the per-day cost computed against a bottle that lasts 100 days rather than the 30 this shelf assumes. Every figure on this site is either printed on the bottle, printed in the brief, or arithmetic on two numbers that are.

We cannot tell you how many milligrams of mullein, ginger, bromelain, lemon or cordyceps a serving contains. No Supplement Facts panel was supplied with this product in any form, and not one of the five named ingredients carries an amount. That is not this desk withholding something: nobody outside the company has it, and that includes us.

Four questions are worth asking before you buy, and all four go to the order desk rather than to us. What are the milligram amounts of the five named ingredients? How many drops is four pumps, if the bottle that arrives has a dropper? Can I see the certificate of analysis for lot B-26/BR-1164? And does an opened bottle qualify for the refund? Send them to [email protected] rather than asking on the phone, so that whatever comes back is in writing and dated. If the answers arrive, they are worth more than this entire site.

We can fix anything here that is wrong. If a figure here does not match the bottle in your hand, the bottle is right and we are out of date — write to [email protected] with the page address and one sentence about what is wrong, and we will correct it and say that we did. Corrections are the most valuable message this desk receives.

We cannot see your order, change it, track it, cancel it or refund it. The website address has no access to the checkout, and we have no view of any order placed through it. Nor can we tell you what shipping costs or how long it takes: neither is published anywhere in what was supplied to us, for any of the three packs, which is why we tell people to read the total on the payment screen before paying.

And we cannot give you medical advice, which on this product is the most important sentence on the page. This is a dietary supplement, not an inhaler, not a rescue medicine and not a treatment for asthma or COPD. NCCIH is unambiguous: “Evidence does not support using complementary health approaches instead of proven medical management for asthma.” If your breathing is worse, or an inhaler is not working as it used to, the useful call is to a clinician rather than to either address on this page.

What to put in a message

For the order desk, the order ID first and everything else afterwards. It is the one piece of information every useful conversation starts with, and a call without it will mostly be spent looking for it.

For us, by email: what page you were on, what it says, and what you think is wrong with it. A screenshot helps. If you are reporting a factual error, tell us where the correct figure comes from so we can check it rather than take it on trust.

There is no third desk to write to, so the four questions only the brand can answer all go to the order desk, and all four are worth asking in writing rather than on a call: what the milligram amounts of the five named ingredients are, how many drops four pumps is if the bottle has a dropper, whether you can see the certificate of analysis for lot B-26/BR-1164, and whether an opened bottle qualifies for the refund.

And a request: please do not send us health information. We have no reason to hold it and we would rather not be the place it is kept.

What each desk can actually do

01

Order support

See your order, change it where change is still possible, arrange a return, process a refund, and tell you where a parcel is. +1 (302) 200-3480, or [email protected] in writing, with the order ID.

02

This website

Correct a page, answer a privacy request, answer a press question, and tell you what is and is not on the label. [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. It cannot see your order.

03

There is no third desk

On most products a manufacturer or distributor is printed on the label and answers questions about the product itself. Nothing supplied with this one names either, so the order desk is the only route for every question — including the one about the amounts nobody has published.

How to tell a message is not from us

We do not send price emails and we do not run a mailing list. If a message offers you this product at a discount and claims to be from this site, it is not from this site.

We never ask for card details by email or by telephone, and neither does the order desk in an unsolicited call. A payment is taken once, at a checkout you navigated to yourself.

We do not ask for health information in any channel, for any reason. A message claiming to be from us and asking about a diagnosis, an inhaler or a prescription is not from us.

If something looks wrong, the safest move is to ignore the message and come to breathizenres.com directly, or to telephone the order desk on the number published here rather than the one in the message.

Contact Breathizenres: common questions

Which number do I call?

+1 (302) 200-3480 for anything to do with an order — tracking, a change, a cancellation or a refund. Have the order ID ready. For questions about this website rather than an order, email [email protected].

Can I email about an order?

Yes — [email protected] is the sales desk's address. Email this site at [email protected] only for things about the site itself: a page, a typo, a correction, privacy or press.

What should I ask before I buy?

Four things, and we would ask all four. What are the milligram amounts of the five ingredients? Does the bottle have a dropper or a pump, and if it is a dropper, how many drops is four pumps? Can I see the certificate of analysis for lot B-26/BR-1164? And does an opened bottle qualify for the refund? Ask by email so you have the answers in writing.

Who makes Breathizen?

Not published. No manufacturer, distributor, company name or street address appears on anything supplied to this desk, and none is readable on the bottle. The order desk is the seller's phone line, not a manufacturer's address. This is a real gap: it is the line a label normally carries so that somebody can be held responsible.

Who runs this website?

The Breathizenres editorial desk. We are an authorized U.S. retailer and we earn a commission on orders placed through this site.

How do I return it?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask for a return. Send your full name, email and order ID with the parcel to 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019. Return shipping is your cost — use a tracked service, because an untracked parcel that does not arrive is your loss.

If you are going to try Breathizen, try it this way

One bottle is 100 days against a 60-day window, so no pack can be finished inside it. The smallest is still the smallest bet: $89, $0.89 a day, and the only one that does not commit you to years of a product whose amounts are not published.

The struck-through figures are $179, $537 and $1,074 — which is $179 multiplied by one, three and six. A crossed-out price is a claim about what something used to sell for, and no date is given on which this product sold at $179 a bottle. We print the struck figures because they are on the offer, and we print this note beside them because a reader deserves to know they are arithmetic rather than history. · window runs from purchase · no subscription · not for under 18, pregnancy or nursing
